S.R. 136 In Adams County Reopened To Traffic
August 31, 2017) – State Route 136 in Adams County has been reopened to
traffic today following a bridge replacement project.
The route was closed
Road 53 (Fenton Road) and T.R. 54 (Stout Road) for contractors to replace a
deteriorated corrugated metal pipe structure with a pre-cast, concrete box
culvert over Little West Fork of Ohio Brush Creek.
S.R. 136 was reopened
to traffic this afternoon, August 31, and although crews have minor finishing
work to complete, there should be little to no impact to motorists, and
traffic will be maintained by flaggers as needed.
Development Company was awarded a contract for approximately $324,017, and
the remainder of the project is scheduled to be completed by late summer.
