Ross-159/Delano Road Signal Activated
Chillicothe (Tuesday, November 12, 2013) – Motorists traveling state Route 159 in Ross County are reminded to exercise additional caution as a new traffic signal is now in operation.
Following a 10-day burn test, the new signal at the intersection of S.R. 159 and Township Road 236 (Delano Road), approximately three miles north of Chillicothe, has been activated, and the signal is now in full, stop-and-go operation.
Complete General of Columbus, Ohio, was awarded a contract in the amount of $143,648.64 to install the signal and lighting, and any remaining work should be completed by late November.
