Signal Change At Pike-32 And Shyville Road
Chillicothe – Due to a malfunction in the signal’s cabinet wiring, the traffic signal at the intersection of state Route 32 and County Road 58 in Pike County has been set to flashing mode.
The routes’ intersection is located 1.58 miles east of the S.R. 32 and U.S. Route 23 interchange at Piketon. While the signal is in flashing mode, stop signs are being erected on Shyville Road, giving S.R. 32 traffic the right of way.
Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation will be repairing the cabinet; however, the signal will be in flashing operation until further notice. Motorists are advised to exercise additional caution when traveling through this intersection.
