Tree Trimming Scheduled For Scioto-772 Next Week
Temporary restrictions, delays may be encountered
Chillicothe (Monday, January 4, 2016) – Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Scioto County Highway Maintenance Facility will undertake a tree trimming and clearing project on state Route 772 next week, requiring short-term periods of delay.
Beginning tomorrow, January 5, S.R. 772 will be reduced to one lane between Rarden and the Pike County line during daytime, working hours for tree trimming. ODOT crews will be working along the route throughout the week as weather permits, and traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Although S.R. 772 will be open to traffic, motorists are advised to expect intermittent periods of delay as traffic will be stop and held at various intervals for up to 10 minutes.
