U.S. 23 South Now Open
Chillicothe (Tuesday, June 12, 2012) – U.S. Route 23 South has been reopened following a multi-vehicle accident between the Eastern Avenue and Three Locks Road exits, just south of the Chillicothe bypass.
Although traffic has been restored to the southbound side of the route, it is open only to one lane due to an ongoing construction project. Northbound U.S. 23, which was not affected by today’s closure, is also reduced to one lane for construction.
