CSX Corporation Project to Close Section of SR 7.
Both SR 7 North & South will be closed; detour in place.
WASHINGTON COUNTY (Monday, July 9, 2012) –CSX Corporation is closing a section of State Route 7 to replace railroad crossings beginning Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
Motorists will encounter the closure at the railroad crossings close to Moore’s Junction (17.85 mile marker).
SR 7 North and South will both be closed for the duration of the project, which is expected to be completed no later than 7/20/12.
The Ohio Department of Transportation is helping with maintenance of traffic and signage for the detour.
Motorists are encouraged to use Interstate 77 and U.S. 50 as detour routes until the project is completed.
