NEW Start Date for 14 Day Closure on Section of SR 83
MORGAN COUNTY (Monday, May 7, 2012) – The Ohio Department of Transportation District 10 announces due to recent rain storms and the potential for more showers today and tomorrow a new start date has been issued for a project on State Route 83.
The safety improvement project is now scheduled to begin May 9, 2012.
Crews from the McVoyt Construction Company will be working on a safety improvement project between mile marker 5.35 and 5.47.
Motorists will encounter the closure 0.16 miles North of Township Road 235 (Spray Rd) and are encouraged to use ODOT’s official detour.
Weather permitting; work is expected to be completed by 5/23/12.
