MEIGS COUNTY (Friday, February 24 , 2012) –  Officials with District 10 of The Ohio Department of Transportation are proud to announce the modernization of the rest areas on U.S. 33 in Meigs County.

ODOT officials worked side by side with the Meigs County Commissioners to get this project started.

The project is will cost approximately $400,000 and is scheduled to sell this summer.
Construction is scheduled to begin  mid to late summer 2012 and ODOT approximates the project should be completed by late fall 2012.
