Work to begin on U.S. Route 250 bridge replacement project near Tappan Marina
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Tuesday, February 18, 2014) – Work will begin next Monday, February 24th, to replace a U.S. Route 250 bridge near the Tappan Lake Marina in Harrison County.
ODOT’s contractor, BOG Construction Inc., from Berlin Center, Ohio, plans to begin mobilization and widening work next week to replace the bridge located between Beaver Dam Rd. and N. Bay Rd.
Two-way traffic will be maintained in a 12-foot lane with temporary traffic signals beginning March 3, 2014.
The completion date for this $600,000 project is mid-June.
