SR 7 off-ramp to be closed at Wellsville next week for utility work
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, March 16, 2017) – The State Route 7 southbound off-ramp to State Route 45 at Wellsville in Columbiana County will be closed next Monday, March 20th, for tree removal and vegetation management work being performed by American Electric Power.
AEP will close the SR 7 southbound off-ramp to SR 45 (SR 45 Lisbon/Wellsville Exit) Monday morning, March 20th until Saturday morning, March 25th. This will be a day and night ramp closure.
Traffic wishing to exit SR 7 southbound at the SR 45 Lisbon/Wellsville Exit will be detoured south on SR 7 to the SR 39 Aten Ave./Salineville Exit, then back onto SR 7 northbound to the SR 45 Third St./Lisbon Exit.
Motorists are urged to plan ahead to avoid delays.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
