STATE ROUTE 7 BRIDGE REPAIRS UNDERWAY AT THE CARDINAL PLANT IN JEFFERSON COUNTY
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) --Work began today to repair the State Route 7 bridge at the Cardinal Plant in Jefferson County damaged by an over-height vehicle last September. Repairs include bridge beam straightening and painting.
Two-way traffic is being maintained with flaggers during daytime hours.
Bridge beam straightening, currently underway, is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. Painting work will occur in early April when weather permits.
ODOT’s contractor for this $31,728 project is Civil Construction Inc., from Plain City, Ohio.
