New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, March 23, 2017) – Nightly lane restrictions on Interstate 70 in Belmont County are expected next week in two different locations for construction work.
Starting March 28th thru March 30th, both east and westbound lanes of I-70 will be restricted between 8 PM and 6 AM at the Clark Road (County Road 4) bridge project over the highway near St. Clairsville to set the temporary barrier wall for the outside shoulder closures and work on the new pier. Additionally, I-70 will have nightly lane closures in both directions from 7 PM to 9 AM, March 28th thru March 30th, at the SR 331 Interchange Improvement project while crews remove temporary barrier wall from the outside shoulder closures.
