MEDIA ALERT UPDATE
STATE ROUTE 39 REOPENED AT DELLROY
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) --State Route 39 is being reopened this morning in Carroll County. It's been closed just east of Dellroy at Dellroy's elementary school since March 19, 2008, due to flooding.
All state highways in Carroll and Tuscarawas counties closed due to flooding are now reopened.
