Work to begin next week to resurface Lisbon area roads
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, April 08, 2015) – Work is expected to begin Monday, April 13th, to resurface various sections of State Route 45 and State Route 164 in and around the village of Lisbon in Columbiana County.
All work impacting traffic through town will be performed at night between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.; however, work on SR 164 from the village’s south corporation line to SR 518 at Gavers will be performed during daytime hours.
Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
ODOT’s contractor for this $1.95 million project is Karvo Paving Company, from Stow, Ohio, and the completion date is August 31, 2015.
