State Route 179 to be closed next week for railroad crossing repairs
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, April 13, 2015) – State Route 179 will be closed Tuesday, April 21st, near State Route 226 west of Lakeville in Holmes County for railroad crossing repairs.
Norfolk Southern expects this repair work to take a week.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 179 and SR 226, traffic will be detoured east on SR 226 to SR 514 south to SR 39 west back to SR 179, and reverse.
