Area bridges to be inspected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, April 14, 2014) – Bridges in Jefferson and Columbiana County will be inspected next week during daytime hours by an ODOT crew and a snooper truck, weather permitting.
On Monday, April 21st, officials will be inspecting the State Route 7 bridge located over the railroad, Twp. Rd. 304, and Goose Run north of Stratton in Jefferson County. Then on Tuesday, April 22nd, crews will inspect the SR 7 bridge over the railroad at Yellow Creek.
On Wednesday, April 23rd, the U.S. Route 30 ramps to the Newell Bridge over the railroad and the Ohio River in East Liverpool, Columbiana County, will be inspected.
Traffic will be restricted but maintained at all of these locations during this work.
