(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) -- The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 11 will begin work Sunday night, April 26th, weather permitting, to mill and fill about 8,000 feet of State Route 39 through Berlin in Holmes County.
ODOT District 11 Deputy Director Dick Bible, P.E. said, "To minimize delays caused by this work, it will be performed from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. during off-peak hours."
