New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, April 28, 2010) – Work is set to begin next week to repair and resurface U.S. Route 30 through the village of Lisbon in Columbiana County.
Just over a mile of U.S. 30 will be resurfaced from Lisbon's west corp. line to the bridge near Pondi's restaurant. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

ODOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN for the "Cone Zone;" turn on headlights and drive carefully in work zones. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the highway workers. Remember, fines in work zones are doubled for not obeying traffic signs. Minimize distractions – turn OFF cell phones in construction zones. Remember to always buckle up.
