Intersection improvement project to get underway east of Germano in Harrison County
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, May 7, 2012) – Work is set to begin next Monday, May 14th, on an intersection improvement project at State Route 646 and County Road 51 east of Germano in Harrison County.
Traffic will be maintained on SR 646 with flaggers during some of the construction work. However, a work zone will be established for two-way traffic to be maintained in one lane with temporary traffic signals.
ODOT’s contractor for this $1.7 million project is Dennison Bridge Inc., from Dennison, Ohio. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
