State Route 148 delays expected again tomorrow due to blasting
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, May 7, 2012) – Weather permitting, traffic on State Route 148 will be stopped again tomorrow west of Steinersville in Belmont County for blasting associated with the $4 million roadway realignment project.
Traffic will be stopped between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. for 30 minutes to one hour, while ODOT’s contractor performs blasting operations.
Motorists should plan ahead to avoid delays associated with this work. No detour will be posted.
The completion date for this project is June 30, 2012.
