More I-70 nighttime lane restrictions this week in Belmont County
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, May 08, 2017) – Nightly lane restrictions are expected again this week on Interstate 70 in Belmont County for construction work.
Starting tomorrow night, May 9th until Friday, May 12th, both east and westbound lanes of I-70 will be restricted between 8 PM and 6 AM at the Clark Road (County Road 4) bridge project over the highway near St. Clairsville for demolition.
The bridge on Clark Road, located just east of Exit 216 between SR 9 and Mall Road, is also reduced to one, nine-foot travel lane with temporary traffic signals.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead to avoid delays.
