State Route 7 traffic delays expected
next Tuesday night for Riddles Run Bridge project
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, May 24, 2017) – State Route 7 traffic will be
stopped intermittently next Tuesday night, May 30th, at the Riddles
Run Bridge replacement project over the highway near the Cardinal Power Plant
in Jefferson County.
Traffic will be stopped multiple
times for 15 to 20 minutes at a time between 6 PM and 2 AM, while ODOT’s
contractor, A P O’Horo Company, from Youngstown, Ohio, sets the beams for the
Riddles Run (Township Rd. 163) is
reduced to one, 11-foot lane with temporary traffic signals.
The completion date for the $1.8
million bridge project is September 30, 2017.
