Resurfacing work to begin on East High Avenue in New Philadelphia
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, May 29, 2013) – Resurfacing work is set to begin next Monday, June 3rd, on State Route 259 (East High Avenue) in New Philadelphia.
Four miles of the roadway will be resurfaced from SR 416 to SR 39. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
ODOT’s contractor for this $1.2 million project is Superior Paving & Materials Inc., from North Canton, Ohio. All work will be completed by October.
