Area bridges to be inspected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, June 16, 2014) – Several bridges in Jefferson and Columbiana County are scheduled to be inspected next week during daytime hours by an ODOT crew and a snooper truck, weather permitting.
On Monday, June 23rd, officials will be inspecting the U.S. Route 22 east and westbound bridges located over the railroad, Township Rad 166A, and Cross Creek near Reeds Mill in Jefferson County.
On Tuesday, June 24th, the State Route 11 north and southbound bridges over the West Fork of Little Beaver Creek and U.S. 30 in Columbiana County will be inspected.
And on Wednesday, June 25th, officials will be resetting the pier bearings on the State Route 7 bridge at Goose Run in Jefferson County.
Traffic will be restricted but maintained at all of these locations during this work.
