State Route 646 to be closed next week for culvert replacement
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, June 18, 2015) – State Route 646 will be closed to traffic next Wednesday, June 24th, between Annapolis and State Route 152 in Jefferson County for a culvert replacement.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 646 and SR 9 in Harrison County, traffic will be detoured south on SR 9 to SR 151 south to U.S. Route 22 east to SR 152 north back to SR 646, and reverse.
Weather permitting, ODOT maintenance crews expect to complete this work in three days.
