Belmont County bridges to be inspected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Tuesday, June 19, 2012) – Five bridges in Belmont County will be inspected next week during daytime hours by ODOT crews and a snooper truck, weather permitting.
On Monday, June 25th, crews will inspect the State Route 148 bridge over Captina Creek near the Horseshoe Bend Golf Course.
On Tuesday, June 26th, crews will move to the Interstate 70 bridge over SR 7, the railroad, and the Ohio River at Bridgeport.
On Wednesday, June 27th, crews will inspect a U.S. Route 40 bridge over an abandoned railroad near Blaine.
On Thursday, June 28th, crews will inspect the I-470 bridge over SR 7 and the Ohio River near Bellaire.
And on Friday, June 29th, the Marion Street bridge over Wheeling Creek and I-70 at Bridgeport will be inspected.
Traffic will be restricted but maintained at all of these locations during this this work.
