Work to begin on
U.S. Route 62 pavement preservation project
COLUMBIANA COUNTY - Work will begin next Monday, June 26th, to extend
the pavement life on nearly five miles of U.S. Route 62.
Microsurfacing, a protective seal coat preservation
treatment, will be used on U.S. 62 from the Stark County line to State Route
Utilizing aggressive preservation
treatments, such as microsurfacing and chip seals, lowers costs over the long
term, enabling ODOT to resurface more roads and provide a smoother ride for

completion date is October 31, 2017.
