State Route 7 delays expected next week near Rush Run

JEFFERSON COUNTY – State Route 7 traffic will see delays next Monday and Tuesday, June 26th and 27th, near Rush Run. Motorists are urged to plan ahead to avoid delays.

Between 9 AM and 5 PM on Monday, both northbound and southbound traffic will be stopped in 15 minute intervals while crews perform a final safety scaling at the top of the slope to remove any remaining loose material.

Then on Tuesday, ODOT crews will be mowing from 8 AM to 4 PM in the work zone, requiring traffic to be stopped again in 15 minute intervals. However, northbound and southbound traffic will not be stopped at the same time.
