Belmont and Jefferson County bridges to be inspected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, June 25, 2012) – Bridges in Belmont and Jefferson County will be inspected next week during daytime hours by ODOT crews and a snooper truck, weather permitting.
On Monday, July 2nd, crews will inspect the State Route 7 bridge over an abandoned railroad in Martins Ferry.
On Tuesday, July 3rd, crews will move to SR 7 in Jefferson County to inspect both north and southbound structures over Conrail and the Little Rush Run located south of Rush Run.
On Thursday, July 5th, crews will inspect the SR 7 bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad at Brilliant, and on Friday, July 6th, the SR 7 bridge at Rush Run will be inspected.
Traffic will be restricted but maintained at all of these locations during this this work.
