SR 11 traffic delays expected next week for bridge beam erection
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, June 30, 2014) – State Route 11 will be restricted next week, beginning Monday, July 7th, for bridge beam erection as part of the $1.13 million project to replace the State Route 558 bridge deck located above the roadway just east of State Route 164 in Fairfield Township, Columbiana County.
ODOT’s contractor, A P O’horo Company, from Youngstown, Ohio, will be utilizing the Ohio State Highway patrol to slow traffic between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. during this operation. Traffic delays may last up to 15 minutes at times.
SR 558 was closed to traffic last Monday, June 2nd, for 80 days. Traffic is being detoured south on SR 164 to SR 517 east back to SR 558, and reverse.
