Columbiana and Jefferson County bridges to be inspected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, July 2, 2012) – Bridges in Columbiana and Jefferson County will be inspected next week during daytime hours by ODOT crews and a snooper truck, weather permitting.
On Monday, July 9th, crews will inspect the State Route 7 bridge over the Norfolk Southern railroad north of Brilliant, and on Tuesday, July 10th, they will move north to inspect the SR 7 bridge over the Norfolk Southern railroad at Mingo Junction.
On Wednesday, July 11th, crews will inspect the eastbound U.S. Route 30 bridge over the railroad and Ohio River at East Liverpool.
On Thursday, July 12th, crews will return to Jefferson County and inspect both the north and southbound SR 7 bridges just south of Rush Run over the railroad and Little Rush Run.
On Friday, July 13th, crews will be inspecting the SR 7 bridge over the Norfolk Southern railroad at Brilliant.
Traffic will be restricted but maintained at all of these locations during this this work.
