Panhandle Passage Trail project to start next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Tuesday, July 02, 2013) – A project to construct the Panhandle Passage Trail Phase 1 between Uhrichsville and Dennison in Tuscarawas County is set to start next Monday, July 8th, weather permitting.
Work will include a 1.1 mile multi-use trail with a pedestrian bridge to cross the Little Stillwater Creek from N. Uhrich Street at the water park to Dennison’s village park.
ODOT’s contractor for this $513,512 federal transportation enhancement project sponsored by the local community is Stanley Miller Construction Co., from East Sparta, Ohio.
All work will be completed this year.
