State Route 9 to be restricted for bridge replacement
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, July 13, 2015) – State Route 9 will be reduced to one lane this Friday, July 17th, for a bridge replacement project in Warnock, Belmont County.
Two-way traffic will be maintained in one, 11-foot lane with temporary traffic signals.
ODOT’s contractor for this $1.2 million project – located about five miles south of St. Clairsville at the intersection of SR 149 – is Armstrong Steel Erectors Inc., from Newark, Ohio, and the completion date is October 31, 2015.
