Night work to take place on U.S. Route 22 next week at Steubenville
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Tuesday, July 14, 2015) – To minimize impacts to traffic, concrete joint repairs will take place at night for the next week on the $3.9 million project to resurface U.S. Route 22/State Route 7 at Steubenville in Jefferson County.
Starting Sunday, July 19th, U.S. 22/SR 7 will be reduced to one lane in each direction from 6 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. between University Boulevard and the SR 213 intersection.
Work is scheduled to take place for five nights – Sunday, July 19th thru Thursday, July 23rd.
ODOT’s contractor is Shelly & Sands, Inc., from Columbus, Ohio, and the completion date is mid-October 2015.
