State Route 148 road closure postponed
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, July 16, 2012) – State Route 148 will not be closed to traffic tomorrow as planned in Steinersville, Belmont County, for a railroad crossing replacement.
This work has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts by Norfolk Southern Railroad.
