SR 7 northbound off ramp at Logan Avenue to be closed Friday
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, July 17, 2013) – The State Route 7 northbound off ramp at the Logan Avenue Interchange in Mingo Junction, Jefferson County will be closed to traffic on Friday, July 19th, as part of a $2.55 million bridge replacement project over McLister Avenue.
Traffic will be detoured north on SR 7 to the Lincoln Avenue/4th Street Interchange, then west on Lincoln Avenue/4th Street to enter southbound SR 7 and continue on southbound SR 7 back to Logan Avenue. This ramp closure is estimated to last 120 days.
One lane of traffic is being maintained in each direction on SR 7.
Shelly & Sands Inc., from Zanesville, Ohio is the contractor for this project. All work is expected to be completed by May 2014.
