State Route 800 reopened to traffic today ahead of schedule
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, July 19, 2012) – State Route 800 reopened to traffic ahead of schedule today over Interstate 70 at Hendrysburg in Belmont County.
It was closed on June 4th for a bridge replacement project. ODOT District 11 Deputy Director Lloyd MacAdam said, “Due to great weather and hard work by our contractor, Shelly & Sands, from Zanesville, we were able to reopen the road five days early.”
The total cost of this project is $1.2 million. The entire project should be completed by December 2012.
