State Route 148 to be closed next week at Armstrongs Mills for railroad crossing replacement
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, July 22, 2013) – State Route 148 will be closed to traffic next Monday, July 29th, at Armstrongs Mills in Belmont County for a railroad crossing replacement by Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 148 and SR 9 in Armstrongs Mills, traffic will be detoured north on SR 9 to SR 147 in Centerville, then east on SR 147 to SR 7 south in Bellaire back to SR 148, and reverse.
Officials expect this work to take two days.
