State Route 151 resurfacing work to begin
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, July 30, 2014) – Work is getting underway today to resurface over six miles of State Route 151 between Bowerston and Scio in Harrison County with the installation of work zone signs.
Two-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
ODOT’s contractor for this $1.8 million project is Shelly & Sands Inc., from Zanesville, Ohio, and the completion date is mid-November.
