U.S. Route 250 to be restricted next Wednesday for utility work
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, August 01, 2013) – U.S. Route 250 will be restricted briefly next Wednesday, August 7th, at two locations in Tuscarawas County for utility work.
Between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., AEP Ohio Power Company will be installing new aerial cables over the highway just east of U.S. 36 at Dennison and at the Midvale Exit.
Minimal traffic impacts are expected. Traffic will be stopped in both directions at each crossing location for about five minutes, but motorists are urged to use caution and be prepared for slight delays.
