State Route 93 to be Closed Next Week North of Sugarcreek for Culvert Replacement
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) --State Route 93 will be closed next Tuesday, August 11th, just north of Sugarcreek in Tuscarawas County for a culvert replacement.
ODOT's maintenance forces will be replacing the culvert in preparation for resurfacing next summer.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 93 and SR 516 in Dundee, traffic will be detoured east on SR 516 to SR 39 west back to SR 93 in Sugarcreek.
This work is expected to take two days to complete.
ODOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN for the "Cone Zone;" turn on headlights and drive carefully in work zones. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the highway workers. Remember, fines in work zones are doubled for not obeying traffic signs. Minimize distractions – turn OFF cell phones in construction zones. Remember to always buckle up.
