State Route 164 to be closed for culvert replacement
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, August 11, 2014) – State Route 164 will be closed in Carroll County next Monday, August 18th, for a culvert replacement.
ODOT’s maintenance crew will be replacing a culvert north of Bergholz near the Jefferson County line.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 524 and SR 164, traffic will be detoured north on SR 524 to SR 39 east back to SR 164, and reverse.
The road is expected to be closed for four days.
