State Route 212 will be closed during daytime hours next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, August 24, 2015) – State Route 212 will be closed during daytime hours only again next week in Tuscarawas County for more culvert replacements.
Starting Monday, August 31st, ODOT maintenance crews will be replacing four more culverts located between New Cumberland and the Carroll County line. When completed, crews will have replaced a total of 12 culverts in just four weeks.
Traffic will be detoured between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 212 and SR 800, traffic will be detoured north on SR 800 to SR 183 east to SR 542 south back to SR 212, and reverse.
Officials expect this work to be completed by the end of the day Friday, September 4th.
