Work to resurface State Route 7 will begin next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, September 03, 2015) – Work to resurface nearly five miles of State Route 7 in Jefferson County will begin next Tuesday, September 8th.
The four-lane section of SR 7 will be resurfaced from Stratton to Empire.
One lane will be maintained in each direction during construction.
ODOT’s contractor for this $2.8 million project is Shelly & Sands Inc., from Rayland, Ohio, and the completion date is October 31, 2015.
