All Four Lanes of State Route 7 Reopened at the W.H. Sammis Plant
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) --All four lanes of State Route 7 in Stratton, Jefferson County, were reopened to traffic last Friday, Sept. 4th, 2009.
SR 7 has been restricted since February 2008, as part of the FirstEnergy Corp.'s environmental control retrofit construction project at the company's W. H. Sammis Plant.
Some work remains on the northbound shoulder, but impacts to traffic are expected to be very minimal with this work.
