New Philadelphia, Ohio (Wednesday, September 09, 2015) – The State Route 7 southbound off-ramp at Costonia in Jefferson County will be closed this Saturday, September 12th, as part of an ongoing $4.6 million bridge repair project.
One lane of traffic is maintained in each direction on SR 7; however, ramps at the Costonia Exit (County Road 56) have been partially closed since work began in June.

Ramp traffic will be continue to be detoured on CR 56 to SR 213 to CR 46.
ODOT’s contractor for this project is Shelly & Sands Inc., from Columbus, Ohio. All work is expected to be completed this fall.
