State Route 7 to be Restricted Tomorrow and Friday for Work at the W.H. Sammis Plant
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) -- State Route 7 will be restricted tomorrow and Friday, Sept. 25th and Sept. 26th, for work at the W. H. Sammis Plant in Stratton, Jefferson County. The FirstEnergy Corp. will be transporting the final three scrubber rings as part of their environmental control retrofit construction project.
This work is expected to take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. To avoid delays, motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
