State Route 148 traffic delays expected next week
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, October 22, 2012) –State Route 148 will be reduced to one lane next week for completion of the $4 million roadway realignment project west of Steinersville in Belmont County.
ODOT’s contractor, Shelly & Sands Inc., from Zanesville, Ohio, will be performing final roadway relocations and paving work.
Two-way traffic will be maintained with temporary traffic signals.
Motorists should plan ahead to avoid delays associated with this work.
This work set to begin Monday, Oct. 29th, should be completed by Friday, Nov. 2nd, weather permitting.
