U.S. Route 36 to be restricted next week for utility work
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Thursday, October 23, 2014) – U.S. Route 36 will be restricted briefly next Wednesday morning, October 29th, near Newcomerstown in Tuscarawas County for utility work, weather permitting.
Around 8 a.m., AEP will be installing a new aerial line over the highway about ½ mile west of Morris Crossing.
Minimal impacts are expected, but traffic will be stopped in both directions for approximately 20 minutes. Motorists are urged to use caution and be prepared for slight delays.
The rain date will be October 30th.
