State Route 93 to be closed later this week north of Sugarcreek for culvert replacement
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, October 25, 2010) – State Route 93 will be closed to traffic north of Sugarcreek in Tuscarawas County on Wednesday, October 27th, for a culvert replacement.
ODOT's maintenance forces expect to complete this work in two days.
Beginning at the intersection of SR 93 and SR 516 in Dundee, traffic will be detoured east on SR 516 to SR 39 west back to SR 93 in Sugarcreek, and reverse.
ODOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN for the "Cone Zone;" turn on headlights and drive carefully in work zones. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the highway workers. Remember, fines in work zones are doubled for not obeying traffic signs. Minimize distractions – turn OFF cell phones in construction zones. Remember to always buckle up.
